Facial Exercises

It’s recommended to repeat this action 5 to 10 times.
For a double chin appearance, tilt your head back and look up and extend your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then relax your head back to normal position and repeat this action 5 times. Doing this exercise twice daily is recommended to target the double chin problem.
Even advocates of facial exercising don’t claim that this alone can promise reduced signs of aging. Avoiding sun exposure, avoiding excessive alcohol intake and not smoking are all a part of good skin care. In addition, an excellent diet and good hydration are necessary for optimum skin health.
