Well, this is just a quick one really, I got a bunch of Avon makeup today to try, and although I know their products are heavily mixed as far as being effective or not (I’ve tried some that are horrendous and others that are bound to gain loyal followings in an instant), I’m looking forward to trying about 8 new products for under thirty bucks. I have to admit, I’m like a kid in a candy store when I get packages of makeup, especially makeup that comes in a variety and a volume, like my Avon order.
I also was filled with glee when I realized that they accidentally included not one like I ordered, but two ergonomic professional eyeshadow brushes. I anxiously reviewed my order to see if maybe they accidentally also charged me for an extra brush, and they did not, so I got an extra one for free basically. In the box of Avon booty, some of the items I’m going to try are the Lip Glaze, Moisture Wear Lip balm, Skin Perfector, which is a lotion and powder in one that also contains a high SPF so it’s perfect for bare summer coverage with sunscreen.
Also, I have a few mini lipliners, I love this about Avon because they always have things in trial sizes for way cheap that you can try before you dive into buying the full size product. It’s super fun and a great marketing move on their part. I also got a powder blush, which I was nervous about because ordering something with color like that is hard online because you don’t know how it’s going to look on your skin, however I tried it already, and it’s a perfect match to my complexion. Can you hear the giddiness in my voice?
