We offer free 2-day shipping within the United States on orders $75+ and free ground U.S. shipping for orders under $75. All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Once shipped, U.S. ground delivery typically takes five to eight business days. Delivery timelines outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may vary. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver. Delivery timelines outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may vary.
Please note, expedited shipping is not available for HAZMAT items such as nail polish or aerosol products due to transportation safety regulations.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at support@mybeautyspace.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate an eligible return request, please contact us at support@mybeautyspace.com for return instructions.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address during checkout as well as on your order confirmation email for accuracy. For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.

How do I earn points?

The more you shop, the more rewards you earn. Every 100 points is $5 off an order of your choice.
- Rewards Member: As soon as you join, you're automatically enrolled. For every $1 you spend, you’ll earn 1 point.
- Rewards+ Member: Once you’ve spent $1,000, you’ll level up and start earning 2 points for every $1 you spend.

- Leave-a-Review: Up to 20 points ($1)
- Refer-a-Friend: 100 points ($5) after their first order

Yes, you can! For every friend you refer, they will get 20% off their first purchase and, after your friend's first successful order, you will receive 100 points ($5) to your account. You can redeem your points on any purchase of your choice.

We love to hear our customers thoughts! For every review, you can earn up to 20 points ($1). While leaving a review, you can earn 5 points for each action taken: writing a review, using your social login, uploading a photo and/or uploading a video.

Points can be redeemed online for every 100 points earn. Points are available immediately after your order has been successfully authorized. For every 100 points, you can redeem $5 off. Points can only be earned and redeem at MYBEAUTYSPACE.COM.
